The GR20, Franc's most famous long-distance footpath, is also one of its most demanding. A challenge for any hiker and one that Fabrice Huré, suffering from chronic kidney failure and dependent on dialysis, is determined to attack. A human and sporting exploit, made possible by nocturnal dialysis.
