Taiwan: they are preparing for war

The People's Republic of China has always coveted Taiwan. Beijing multiplies military exercises in order to simulate a blockade of the island. If Taiwan became Chinese, the world balance would be upset. François Mazure met the people of Taiwan, divided between fear, fatalism and resilience.
