Her folk style mixed with pop, blends North African traditions with the rhythms of the west. Her voice, a resonance that envelops you before revealing her political commitments. Her intoxicating music, where Arabic words from the Egyptian poet Nader Abdallah become interwoven with French from the novelist Françoise Mallet-Joris. Souad Massi is in concert on 4 December 2021, at La Seine Musicale, Boulogne-Billancourt. A new date that is fully-booked.

Who was the real Lawrence of Arabia? Liberator or imposter? Hero or compulsive liar? Dissembler of talent? Gilbert Sinoué investigates to offer a new insight into the incredible destiny of one of the most mysterious figures of the 20th century. "Le Prince aux Deux Visages" (The Prince with Two Faces) is published by L'Archipel. It's also worth noting that his book "L'Envoyé de Dieu" (God's Envoy), has been re-edited by Archipoche.

A rare sculpture of a bear in gilt bronze from the Chinese Han dynasty, a wine cup that once belonged to the Mughal emperor Jahangir, a bust of the Roman emperor Hadrian... These objects form part of the "Trésors de la Collection Al Thani" (Treasures from the Al Thani Collection), named for a Qatari prince, member of the Emir's family and currently displayed at the Hôtel de la Marine in Paris. The head curator of the Al Thani Collection, Amin Jaffer, recounts the destiny of this emblematic venue, now linked to one of the world's richest and most prestigious private collections.

The curtain comes down at the end of the first Beirut Festival of Photography, held from 23 to 28 November 2021, with the participation of thirty Lebanese photographers. For the organisers, Patrick Baz, Ammar Abd Rabbo and Aline Manoukian, the aim was to act in order to ensure that Lebanese photography wasn't allowed to disappear. A report filmed in Beirut by Wissam Charaf who followed the photographer Betty Ketchedjian.
