Mak'boutin, the PICI-AARR test, Terr'ayfel... Coco Makmak is never at a loss for words or afraid of saying what she thinks. The humorist is a runaway success on the social networks with her delightfully exaggerated characters: Coco, Franco-Lebanese comfortable with herself and in her trainers; Raya, terribly Lebanese and totally superficial; Dominique, the French friend; Mona, oh so politically correct and Makmak, the French-speaking Lebanese with that typical accent.

"He who fills my thoughts. If only I was in yours" sings Climène Zarkan, of the group Sarab (mirage in Arabic). A classical pianist that trained at the institutes of music in Damascus and Lyon. With a style that varies from rock to modern jazz and traditional Arab songs and music, Sarab assumes its roots and flouts man-made frontiers. The second album "Arwah Hurra" (free souls in Arabic) was released in the autumn of 2021. In concert on 9 February 2022 at the New Morning in Paris. The writer Alain Damasio will be performing "Étranger est un Verbe".

The caliphate of Al-Andalus, Spain, towards the end of the 10th century. The caliph, Abd al-Rahman III and his son al-Hakam II made Cordoba the western capital of knowledge. But al-Hakam II died young. One of his viziers took power, creating an alliance with the religious radicals intent on burning the 400,000 books of the Cordoba library. The day before the greatest auto-da-fé in the world, Tarid, a eunuch, fled with as many books as he could. "La Bibliomule de Cordoue" (The Cordoba Library Mule), published by Dargaud, is a historical fable by Wilfrid Lupano, with illustrations by Léonard Chemineau, that reflects today's conflicts.
