Migratory flows, a long history

The last seventy years of European history are indissociable from that of migration. Population movements after the war, decolonisation, the European Union's current migratory policy: immigration remains constantly controversial. Certain political leaders have even made it their main preoccupation, waving the red flag of migratory submersion to awaken old fears.
