We meet Fombonne-Rouvier, town planner; René and Maxime Meilleur, chefs at a three Michelin-starred restaurant; Klébert Silvestre, bee-keeper, Nicolas Mathieu, crozet-producer and mountain guide; Pascale Vidonne, in charge of heritage in Bourg-Saint-Maurice, notably responsible for its Baroque chapels.
