The green larder goes chicken

Helped by the nutritionist Bernard Lavallée, Stéphane gets up to speed on the different types of chicken generally available. Stéphane gets to grips with legumes and discusses them with the nutritionist Bernard Lavallée. On the menu, linguine and lima beans in a delicate tomato sauce prepared by Loounie. Stéphane prepares bhajis and gives Bernard a hand with an autumn stew in the slow cooker. Lentils at the ready!
