Twelve cooks compete for this eleventh season. The rules remain unchanged, the judges are as experienced as ever and the challenges just as demanding. Creativity, technique and talent are all on the menu. Who'll be able to stand the heat?

The four finalists finally have carte blanche to create their own menu, as long as includes a cold starter, a main course and a dessert! But there is also one last set challenge: a hot stuffed pasta starter.
