Fruit tart in Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche porcelain
France heads for Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche, cradle of kaolin, the fine white clay first discovered in the 18th century and the raw material for the famous Limoges porcelain. In one of the oldest manufactories still in operation, she follows the creation of a tart plate and prepares a seasonal fruit tart.
