Episode 3: Aldo Cettour
Originally from Val d'Hérémence, Aldo Cettour owns a farm near San Rosé where he grows vegetables and tubers. A lush green setting for this third Argentinean dinner, in the heart of Entre Rios, a province also known as the Argentinean Mesopotamia. On the menu: fillet of venison, rare in Argentina.
