In Lille, with Jean-Luc Lemoine

Mory Sacko celebrates a local product from the Nord: beetroot, but cooked in distinctly Japanese style. Before that he meets Marine, organic market gardener, and samples a dish by the Michelin-starred chef Thibaut Gamba. When it's time to cook, Mory Sacko has a helping hand from humorist Jean-Luc Lemoine.

In the Finistère, with Edgar Yves

Mory Sacko is in the Finistère, Brittany, where he'll be cooking prawns with rose mayonnaise. But he begins by meeting Concarneau-based fisherman Alexandre, before sampling a dish put together by the chef Arnaud Guillou. And for the cooking, Mory Sacko has a helping hand from humorist Edgar Yves.
