Bernard Loiseau: his heritage, 20 years later

Holder of three Michelin stars, the chef Bernard Loiseau committed suicide in February 2003. Without its emblematic chef, everyone expected the Relais Bernard Loiseau to close, which showed how little people knew the Loiseau family. Twenty years later, this institution dedicated to high-level French gastronomy, remains faithful to its creator.
