We head to Mont-Saint-Michel Bay and the port of Vivier-sur-Mer, capital for Bouchot mussel farming. We join Félix Urvois as he discovers the fascinating history of mussel-farming, originally started in the bay in the 1950s by a pioneering family from the Charente.
