LES IMAGES DE MADEMOISELLE DAVOS
No upcoming broadcast (for now).
Flanders, 1922. Suffering from tuberculosis, the young Jeanne Devos is sent to live with an enlightened priest. Twenty years later she becomes the first professional photographer in the Nord. Recounting everyday life at the time, her pictures reveal the keen eye of an iconoclast whose work remains little known.
