The Halle Pajol, Paris (France)

Situated in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, the Halle Pajol, a former SNCF goods station, has been totally renovated to create a sustainable environmentally-friendly building. From total abandon, the building has become a model refurbishment bringing life back to the La Chapelle district in this north-eastern area of the capital.

Passive houses, Le Havre (France)

In Le Havre, France, as part of an urban refurbishment programme, the Henri-Dunant district has seen the creation of a hamlet entirely made up of detached timber-built houses. A project headed by a precursor in eco-responsible town planning: Philippe Madec.
