The Aosta Valley, a very Italian journey

Italy's Valle d'Aosta Valley is a region steeped in contrast, from densely populated urban areas, to tourist spots and untamed valleys. In certain places, such as Chamois or the Valpelline Valley, the local population has turned its back on mass tourism, preferring to live in harmony with their mountains.
