We explore the know-how and produce of Nouvelle-Aquitaine. On the programme: the story of the famous Agen prune in the Lot-et-Garonne, the renaissance of winegrowing on the slopes of the Vézère in the Limousin, the secrets of "Jonchée" a reed-wrapped fresh cheese made in the Charente-Maritime, and harvesting Bouchot mussels.
