France, 1936. The German photojournalist Gerta Pohorylle and her partner, the Hungarian photographer André Friedmann, had a hard time getting published in the press. When the Spanish Civil War broke out, they were determined to cover the events, under the names of Gerda Taro and Robert Capa.
